I enjoyed this book so much, probably more than the first, as we got a glimpse into life oustide of the island, we got a glimpse into how the characters behave and interact with each other and their habits. The chilren along the way find other peculiars, both children and animals and its wonderful to see them learn from them and work together.
Again this book is action packed and will not disappoint. It still has some perculiar photos throughout, which i will admit if you read this in the dark and your imagination is somewhat, la la, then it can send you crazy... i slept with some fairylights on!!
Seriously though, its a cracking follow up and i'm not sure how its going to end!
